US Urology Partners seeks a Patient Access Representative to greet patients, handle check-in/out, and answer appointment and general inquiries. You will review charts, update insurance details in the EMR, and support coverage across clinics. The role includes collecting patient payments and travel to other clinics as needed.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, strong communication, and prior healthcare/EMR experience. HIPAA compliance and professionalism are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a medical practice or health insurance setting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.
• Manage patient check-in and checkout processes accurately.
• Answer calls about appointments and general inquiries.
• Review patient charts for accuracy prior to appointments.
• Perform scanning and sorting within the EMR system.
• Verify and update current insurance information with the patient.
• Collect patient payments and handle related duties.
