• Experience in general administration, healthcare, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting Patients: Welcome and assist patients as they enter the physician practice.
• Phone Management: Answer office phones professionally and assist callers by scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries.
• Patient Registration: Efficiently check in patients, collect demographic information, input data, and verify insurance details.
• Check-Out Assistance: Assist patients during the check-out process and help with scheduling future appointments.
