You will answer calls, schedule and register patients in Epic across sites, obtain authorizations and records, and help ensure smooth arrivals.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years in admin or customer service; EPIC knowledge is preferred and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in administrative/customer service preferred; EPIC knowledge preferred.
• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk and waiting area to move patients through visits and support the clinical team.
• Answer all incoming department calls per NorthShore standards and document in Epic telephone encounters.
