Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in front desk or medical front office preferred.
• Less than one year of customer service or administrative experience required.
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk, providing information on wait times and inquiries.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance details at check-in; handle walk-in registrations.
• Collect patient payments including deductibles, copays, and coinsurance at the front desk.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments, including casts, measurements, deliveries, and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as a liaison for clinic services and patient experience programs.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Management team to obtain necessary patient information.
• Maintain accurate and complete electronic health records for all patients.
