• Calculates and collects the estimated patient portion based on benefits and contracts
• Communicates with patients, families, physicians, nurses, insurance companies and third party payers
• Maintains data entry quality and confidentiality in compliance with policies and regulations
• Supports department with variable patient volumes and shift changes
