Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year office experience; healthcare a plus.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and callers and handle referrals.
• Process cash collection and daily balancing.
• Perform clerical tasks: typing, filing, mail, and electronic filing.
• Provide daily phone coverage.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and security.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Relay information to supervisory team.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable/deposits.
• Attend training and complete required courses.
• Other duties as assigned.
