Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Access Representative in Toledo, OH to greet patients, register them, and answer calls. You will schedule appointments and pull medical charts as needed, providing excellent service and accurate data entry across registration systems.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, answer phones, schedule appointments.
• Pull and file medical charts as indicated.
• Collect demographic and insurance information; verify eligibility.
• Inform patients about pre-certification and referral requirements.
• Assist in identifying self-pay patients and refer to financial assistance when applicable.
• Collaborate with departments and clinical staff; participate in onboarding.
