Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in receptionist/front-office or medical setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance; manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Collect payments, deductibles and co-pays; schedule follow-up appointments.
• Serve as liaison for clinic services and support patient experience programs.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and support RCM collaboration.
