Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate patient registrations for service areas (OR, MRI, PAT, Detox).
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Coordinate or assist with prior authorizations and referrals.
• Discuss estimates and patient financial responsibility.
• Collect payments and document financial conversations.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
