Qualifications

• Completes registration for walk-in patients and updates records.
• Identifies patients needing financial assistance and refers to Financial Counselor.
• Maintains knowledge of payer requirements and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient registration accurately and efficiently.
• Verify insurance and obtain pre-certifications when required.
• Inform patients of estimated financial responsibility.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and process visit closures.
• Communicate issues to management for process improvement.
