Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with EPIC or similar patient access platforms helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person or by phone in a courteous manner.
• Perform scheduling, pre-registration, insurance verification, and pre‑certification.
• Verify patient demographics and ensure accurate patient identification.
• Prepare registration, bed planning, and insurance coordination activities.
• Explain financial responsibilities and collect payments as needed.
