AdventHealth Tarpon Springs is seeking a friendly part-time Guest Services Associate to assist volunteers and staff, greet patients and visitors, and direct them within the facility. You will ensure a welcoming environment, issue visitor badges, and support the smooth flow of people while maintaining excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong Microsoft Word and internet skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in MS Word and basic Internet skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist volunteers and staff in their roles.
• Greet patients and visitors on arrival and provide directions.
• Ensure a welcoming and helpful environment and issue visitor badges.
• Communicate effectively with volunteers, patients, and staff.
• Support patient flow and provide information as needed.
