Job summary

AdventHealth Tarpon Springs is seeking a friendly part-time Guest Services Associate to assist volunteers and staff, greet patients and visitors, and direct them within the facility. You will ensure a welcoming environment, issue visitor badges, and support the smooth flow of people while maintaining excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong Microsoft Word and internet skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in MS Word and basic Internet skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and staff.

Job Description:

Assists volunteers and staff in their roles and responsibilities. Greets patients and visitors upon arrival. Provides assistance and directions to patients and visitors. Ensures a welcoming and helpful environment. Provides facility guests with visitor badge. Communicates effectively with volunteers, patients, and staff. Addresses any issues or concerns raised by volunteers, staff, or visitors. Supports the overall patient experience by providing excellent customer service. Facilitates smooth flow of patients and visitors within the facility. Provides information to patients and visitors as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
