Responsabilités

• Register patients accurately and professionally with a positive experience.
• Conduct patient interviews and explain policies and financial responsibilities.
• Enter and validate demographic and financial data accurately.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain required authorizations.
• Collect copays, deductibles, deposits, and payments.
• Ensure EMTALA and patient rights compliance.
• Complete financial packets and assist with payment arrangements.
• Maintain documentation for follow-up.
• Coordinate patient placement with clinical teams.
• Handle patient inquiries with excellent service.
