Job summary

aah in Lake Geneva is hiring a Front End Staff to support patient intake and registration. This role creates initial electronic health records, collects demographic and insurance info, and assists with payments and scheduling in a busy clinic.

You will work Mon-Fri, 6:45am start sometimes, 8pm end, with weekend and holiday rotation. No specific experience required beyond a high school diploma; strong customer service and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior clinical experience required.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create the initial electronic health record to support patient care and billing.
• Check in and register patients; verify demographic and insurance information; collect co-pays.
• Explain financial responsibilities and discuss payment options with patients; coordinate with Financial Advocates as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper handling of patient information.
• Assist with scheduling, reminders, and patient portal guidance; maintain professional environment.
