Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service
• Experience working within Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to patients that have been scheduled for appointments.
• Update the following patient information within database; patient name, demographic information, medical history, date of birth, etc.
• Verify patient insurance information and update it in the system.
• Enter in all of the patients personal information.
