• Verifies insurance details and authorization/referral requirements; communicates with physicians, case management, and payors.
• Identifies patient financial responsibilities, performs post-payment transactions, and escalates complex liabilities as needed.
• Delivers positive patient experience and maintains relationships with patients, leadership, staff, and external agencies.
