Qualifications

• Experience operating a PC and basic software applications.

Responsibilities

• Performs scheduling and preregistration, validates demographics and benefits.
• Verifies insurance information and identifies auth/referral needs.
• Calculates estimates, collects liabilities, and posts payments in ADT system.
• Delivers positive patient experience and maintains professional relationships.
• Adheres to policies and completes required training; performs other duties as needed.
