Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients promptly and directing them appropriately.
• Answering phones courteously within established timeframes.
• Collecting and verifying patient data and entering into the EMR accurately.
• Answering questions about accounts and insurance.
• Processing disability, accident, and similar forms.
