Job summary

Fairview Range Hibbing Clinic is seeking a Visit Facilitator to support in-person clinic visits in the podiatry and other specialty areas. You will capture vital signs, perform standard rooming, collect patient information, and document it in the medical record.

Responsibilities include ensuring exam rooms are stocked, equipment available, and assisting the team to maintain efficient, high-quality patient care at the Hibbing site, with occasional coverage in nearby clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.

Job Overview

Fairview Range is hiring a Visit Facilitator to join our specialty care team at the Fairview Range Hibbing Clinic.

Fairview Range is looking for a Visit Facilitator to join our specialty care team at Fairview Range Hibbing Clinic. As the Visit Facilitator you will be responsible for supporting in person clinic visits, including capturing vital signs, performing standard rooming, and other duties as assigned during the patient visit. The Visit Facilitator gathers pertinent medical information from the patient and documents the information into the patient's medical record. This role also helps to ensure the exam rooms are stocked; equipment and supplies are available and assists with tasks that support the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.

We provide high-quality health care for the entire family from newborn to geriatric, with the full range of primary and specialty care services. With clinics located in Hibbing, Mountain Iron, and Nashwauk, we provide convenient and easy access to our care services. Through our relationship with Fairview, your local primary care provider can extend direct access to the physician specialists and advanced services offered by University of Minnesota Physicians to you and your family.

Schedule

This position is full time, 72-80 hours per two weeks, 8-hour Day/Evening shifts and weekends as needed. This position will be primarily based in Hibbing but may provide coverage in Nashwauk and Mountain Iron as needed. This position will primarily work in Podiatry but may help cover other specialty areas as needed.

Required Qualifications
