Job summary

LifePoint Haywood Regional Medical Center is seeking a Patient Access Customer Service Representative on-site in Clyde, NC to be the first contact for patients needing care. You will register patients, verify insurance, collect demographics, and provide cost estimates with empathy to enable prompt access to services.

Shifts run 7:00pm–7:00am on a 3-day/1-half-day schedule, with alternating weekends. Training will be provided; this is a solid entry path into healthcare operations and the revenue

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements must be met.
• Experience in patient access, front desk, or insurance verification is a plus.
