Qualifications

• 1 year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is preferred.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of start.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check-in patients in a timely manner and follow Web Check-in procedures.
• Answer clinic calls and route questions as needed.
• Verify insurance in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure occupational client’s preference card and procedures are followed.
• Review patient paperwork for completeness and collect insurance/demographic information.
• Complete Daily Balance Checklist after each shift, accounting for all payment forms.
