Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Patient Access Conversion Specialist to join our Lombard, IL team onsite. This role handles high-volume outbound calls, schedules patient visits, assists with transportation, and ensures accurate EPIC documentation to support a positive patient experience.

You will verify patient information, monitor schedules daily, and help fill appointment slots while delivering compassionate service and compliance with policies and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of patient-facing experience.
• Excellent customer service and integrity.
• Ability to verify patient information and document in EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to assist patients.

Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
