Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Downers Grove is seeking a Patient Access Conversion Specialist. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, onsite at our Downers Grove medical office.

You will handle heavy call volumes, check-in and schedule appointments, and welcome patients to set a positive tone for every visit. You will verify patient information in EPIC, pre-screen based on protocol, and monitor schedules to fill open slots the same day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least three years of patient-facing experience.
• Strong customer service focus and professional integrity.
