Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers heavy call volumes to assist patients by phone.
• Check-in and greet patients; schedule appointments.
• Verify patient information and document in EHR (EPIC).
• Monitor schedules and ensure open slots are filled daily.

Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
