This role involves coordinating with clinical teams, navigating multiple systems, and delivering accurate, compliant documentation in a high-volume hospital environment. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with patient financial services or insurance processes is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospital setting and work both independently and with a team.
