Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years experience in registration/healthcare insurance or billing preferred.
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify insurance; process registration.
• Collect patient financial liability and provide counseling as needed.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, secure, and compliant.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize patient flow and satisfaction.
• Use multi-system technology to streamline patient intake and record-keeping.
• Handle scheduling for outpatient, inpatient, or recurring procedures.
• Verify authorizations and manage patient estimates and payments.
• Educate patients on insurance benefits and payment options.
• Meet monthly collection targets and escalate when needed.
