Banner Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, Wyoming is seeking a Patient Access Services Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and their families. You will verify demographics, insurance details, collect financial liability, and support patient flow with a focus on accuracy and compassion.

You’ll work with multiple teams across hospital services to ensure quick registrations, clear financial counseling when needed, and compliant documentation in a fast-paced, high-volume

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience in patient financial services or healthcare preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficient with common office software and typing.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card is required for Banner Behavioral Health hospitals in Arizona (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify them using positive ID protocols.
• Verify insurance, registration, and collect patient financial liability.
• Provide financial counseling when needed and ensure accurate documentation.
