Sutter Health seeks a Per Diem/Casual Patient Access Representative at a client location. You will greet patients, collect and verify information, and register and financially clear patients for services.

You will be a key face of Sutter Health, enhancing the patient experience while supporting MFSS goals and compliance across systems. Strong communication, data entry, and knowledge of medical terminology are preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospital/clinic or similar settings preferred.
• Familiarity with patient access and financial counseling functions a plus.
• Strong data entry and documentation in multiple systems desired.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and family members at the point of service.
• Obtain/verify information to register and financially clear patients.
• Register patients and ensure financial clearance before services.
• Provide customer service excellence and help drive a high-performing MFSS culture.
