You will work with providers and clinic staff to keep the day running smoothly, delivering compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.

As part of University Medical Center’s care network, you will help patients feel informed and cared for, while supporting a culture of authenticity and equity across Louisiana and beyond.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in person and by phone.
• Schedule and check in patients for clinic visits.
• Register patients and verify insurance and demographics.
• Scan documents and verify coverage.
• Explain financial responsibility and collect payments when appropriate.
