Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Link patient experience between PACT and practice site per policies.
• Assist inbound callers and perform outbound follow-ups as needed.
• Perform basic tech troubleshooting for online applications and access.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate cancellations, reschedules, and additions.
• Obtain demographics and insurance information and verify coverage.
• Update medical records with patient information and demographic data.
• Route to RN for triage as needed and follow emergency guidelines.
• Determine patient needs and route for triage, scheduling, and refills.
