Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally and answer questions.
• Manage patient registration and check-in/out.
• Handle patient payments and sliding fee eligibility.
• Answer and transfer calls and route messages.
• Maintain lobby appearance and direct patients.
• Enter and scan paper records into EMR daily.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in QA.
