Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in medical office operations, front desk registration, or clinical support.
• Experience with EMR systems and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients professionally and confidentially.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
• Verify demographics, insurance, and registration information.
• Coordinate referrals and track status.
• Prepare patient charts and ensure documentation before appointments.
