Valle del Sol in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Patient Engagement Specialist to support access to primary care, behavioral health, and psychiatric services. You will handle scheduling, referral management, and patient inquiries, while documenting interactions in the electronic health record and maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.

You will assist with Spanish/English interpretation when bilingual skills are available and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a HS diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service, call center, medical scheduling, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic record systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities
