Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and PC software/databases; strong math and bookkeeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and add-on patients to clinic; answer phones and route calls.
• Enter demographic and insurance data; obtain authorizations and referrals.
• Schedule surgical cases; check out patients and collect copays.
• Communicate with patients for follow-up and coordinate care with satellite clinics.
• Assist with home health forms and patient/family leave documents.
