You will manage a team of clinical and administrative professionals dedicated to ensuring patients receive timely access to care and seamless coordination throughout their treatment journey. You will serve as the operational expert responsible for optimizing patient access workflows, improving service delivery, and enhancing the overall patient experience. Key responsibilities include:

Required: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, health sciences, social work, business administration, public health, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible healthcare operations, patient access, care coordination, or clinic administration experience Minimum 5 years experience supervising professional and administrative staff in a healthcare setting Minimum 3 years of demonstration experience and knowledge of patient scheduling workflows, referral management, insurance processes, and electronic medical records (Epic/CareConnet preferred) Strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational improvement skills Preferred: Master’s degree in Social Work Licensed in Clinical Social Work Experience in behavioral health, ambulatory care, or specialty clinic operations
