Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, check-in/check-out, answer phones, and provide high-quality customer service.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, manage patient messages, and follow up on missed appointments.
• Verify patient information, collect co-pays and deposits, assist with billing and cash management.
• Prepare patient charts, review medical records, update medication lists, and retrieve diagnostic reports.
