Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, manage patient messages, follow up on missed appointments.
• Registration & Financial Services: Verify patient information, collect co-pays, assist with billing, charge posting, and cash management.
• Clinical & Administrative Support: Prepare patient charts, review medical records, update medication lists, retrieve diagnostic reports.
