Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk, provide wait times and information.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance details at check-in.
• Collect patient payments including deductibles and copays at the front desk.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments including cast/measure, delivery, and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as a liaison for clinic services and patient resources.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to obtain necessary patient information.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records for all patients.
