Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional connections with patients; resolve needs to ensure a superior experience.
• Document all calls in the EMR.
• Schedule patient appointments for visits, procedures, diagnostic tests, referrals, and consultations.
• Register patients by confirming/updating demographic data.
• Obtain copies of insurance cards and IDs; verify COB; may include pre-certification.
