SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission, verify insurance, and process documentation at our imaging centers. You will greet patients, ensure accurate demographics, and maintain a smooth patient flow with empathy in a fast-paced environment.

You thrive in a high-volume setting, communicate clearly, and support front desk operations with attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork, ensuring a positive patient experience from check-in onward.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
