SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through the admission process with accuracy and care. You will greet patients, verify insurance, collect documentation, and keep front desk operations running smoothly across imaging centers.

In a fast-paced healthcare setting, you will communicate empathetically, multitask efficiently, and resolve scheduling or billing issues while maintaining a positive patient experience. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service, patient access, or medical office roles.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with EMR/PM systems preferred.
