SimonMed Imaging seeks a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission with care and accuracy. You will verify insurance, process documentation, and support a smooth patient flow across imaging centers.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll communicate with empathy, multitask effectively, and maintain high data accuracy to ensure an exceptional patient experience every day.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients upon admission, guiding them through the process.
• Verify insurance information and collect/process documentation for visits.
• Support front desk operations and resolve scheduling or billing issues.
• Maintain accurate patient demographics and ensure a smooth patient flow.
