Serenity is seeking a Call Center Representative to join a fast-paced patient access team in Mesa, AZ. You will listen to callers, answer questions, and help them feel comfortable taking the next step by scheduling an appointment.

This role focuses on understanding needs, removing barriers, and guiding conversations through proven frameworks. Training is provided, with ongoing coaching to strengthen communication and patient engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow processes.

Responsabilités

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from patients.
• Build trust through active listening and thoughtful questions to understand needs.
• Turn inbound interest into scheduled appointments by guiding callers to options.
• Accurately document conversations and patient information in the CRM.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth scheduling and exceptional patient experience.
