Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling and daily duties of Patient Administration staff.
• Schedule, cancel, reschedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Route calls to proper departments using scripted greetings and EMR documentation.
• Monitor staff workflow and implement process improvements as needed.
• Escalate issues to Manager when necessary and coordinate with MA/MOS teams.
