Responsibilities

• Promote excellent customer service to all patients, families, and visitors.
• Oversee and schedule Customer Service Guides; schedule coordination.
• Direct customer complaints to Guest Relations Director promptly and professionally.
• Escort patients and visitors and assist with questions or needs.
• Cross-train staff and ensure compliance with hospital regulations.
• Maintain department supplies and ensure efficient operations.
