• Monitor call volumes, wait times, and documentation of calls.
• Review and document call center data requests for the department.
• Assist internal and external callers with escalated requests and complex issues.
• Contribute to training materials and competency assessments.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with medical offices and community agencies.
