Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Medical Terminology, CPT and ICD-10 coding strongly preferred.
• Typing 45 WPM and basic ten key data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greets and registers patients accurately and efficiently.
• Verifies insurance eligibility using online systems.
• Provides and completes required patient forms.
• Collects and enters payments, balances accounts per policy.
• Analyzes, interprets and enters physician orders.
