The Patient Services Representative handles accounts, payment plans, and questions about bills, ensuring accurate processing and documentation. A High School Diploma with relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 1 year experience in medical front office or combination of relevant experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients regarding accounts, including setting up payment plans.
• Process referrals to specialty care and other services.
• Adjust copays and deductibles based on sliding fee level and review related paperwork.
• Ensure accurate documentation in EHR and practice management systems.
• Answer billing questions from staff, vendors, and patients.
• Plus, other duties as assigned.
