Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone calls and schedule patient appointments.
• Assist with patient check-in and insurance verification.
• Process authorizations, pre-certifications and referrals; post charges as needed.
• Support maintenance of medical records and billing accuracy.
• May manage business services for workers' compensation, commercial carriers, employee health and corporate accounts.
• May require late hours, holidays and weekends.
